Who we are

Mooch Agency Ltd is a two-person UX and AI automation agency based in London and Lisbon. This policy covers mooch.agency and all subdomains we operate (paulgraham.mooch.agency, etc.).

What we collect

We keep data collection minimal.

• Analytics: We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. These collect anonymous, aggregated page-view data (page URL, referrer, country, device type, browser). No cookies are set. No personal data is collected. Vercel does not sell or share this data.
• Contact forms and email: If you email us at hey@mooch.agency or book a discovery call, we store your name and email address to respond and follow up. We do not add you to any marketing list.
• AI tools: Some pages (e.g. the Paul Graham rewriter) send text you enter to an AI API for processing. We do not store what you type after the request completes. The API provider (Anthropic) processes it under their own data policy and does not use it for training.

What we do not do

• Set cookies or use tracking pixels
• Run retargeting or third-party advertising
• Sell, rent, or share personal data with anyone
• Use analytics data to identify individual visitors

Third-party services

• Vercel: Hosting and analytics. Vercel privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: Serves the Instrument Serif typeface. Google privacy policy.
• Cal.com: Handles discovery call bookings. Cal.com privacy policy.
• Anthropic: Powers AI features. Anthropic privacy policy.

Your rights

If you have contacted us and want your data deleted, email hey@mooch.agency. We will delete your information within 30 days.

Changes

We will update this page if anything changes. No email notifications, just an updated date at the top.
